Midweek Market Report
Buyers remained cautious and predominately purchased mixed truckload quantities with prompt deliveries. Mills dug in where they could, but many were open to counters. Prices were flat or tilted down. Many traders termed the market "a grind." Truck supplies tightened in parts of the country. Traders kept an ear to the ground for news of production cutbacks in lumber and panels.
